  • Breathing out, you bend your knees and move your hips down as if you are going to sit on the chair.
  • Exhale, stand back up.
  • Repeat for 1-2 minutes.

 

  1. Seated Spinal Twist

  • Sit sideways on the chair with your right side towards the back of the chair.
  • Grasp the back of the chair with your left hand and your right hand as well.
  • Inhale, lengthen your spine.
  • Breathe out, turn to the right side and use the chair to support you.
  • Continue holding the stretch for 5-10 breaths and switch sides.

 

  1. Seated Leg Lifts

  • Make sure you are sitting on the chair with your feet touching the ground.
  • Breathe in, raise your right leg, making it parallel to the floor.
  • Breathe out, take the bar back to the starting position.
  • Perform the same movement with the left leg.
  • Go on switching legs for 1-2 minutes.
